The Vision Behind the Silhouette
I am Maddy Osborne, a womenswear designer from New Orleans, LA. All my inspiration comes from lived experience in the South. My values are advocacy and dream-building along with my community and I choose to express that through fashion design. My strengths are patternmaking and concept development.
With a focus on bold, architectural aesthetics, I choose to push boundaries on what's considered wearable. My designs live in the concept realm but can always be restyled and reimagined into other environments. My studies at SCAD helped me materialize my vision in a technical and professional manner but kept me grounded to Southern ties.
